Keryl’s hands on approach in her workshops is very helpful and makes the sessions more enjoyable. Keryl’s coaching techniques forced me out of my comfort zone (in a good way). After each exercise, she would question why we did some things or ask us to explain ourselves, which can be difficult, but she guided us along the way.
