My earliest memory of breathing in nature and feeling the refuel in my soul was at 6 years old. I would spend hours upon hours in the woods across the street from my childhood home in upstate New York. I would climb the rocky cliffs and pretend that the tall walls were the rooms in my home and the moss was carpeting. I could keenly feel the energy from everything alive around me, unimpeded by the distractions of the pace of life.
Today, decades later, nature is still where I go when I want to refuel and rebalance in mind, body, and spirit.
Hike with Intent is available to anyone who wants to join a group of outdoor enthusiasts in a moderated environment that focuses on creating a positive mindset. Hikes will not be strenuous, unless noted. While beginners are welcome, please be prepared to keep a steady, conversational pace.
